It was simple installation process with a simple long hexagonal key they provided. The cot had a fine finish and plywood had perfect fitting to the cot and it was of good quality. We were worried about scratching noise but this cot didn't had any such issues. . The people were very professional in the customer service and few people give discount for 'Force' people which they did. I had bought a king size bed (see above) last year when I was in Ahmedabad. I had liked the quality of the bed and the service then offered from Easyfix for assembling. So, I ordered one more bed this time as I have now relocated to Dehradun. I also liked that they accepted my customization request to increase the bed height by three inches, though that disqualified me from approximately 10% discount, which I would otherwise have got. The bed arrived in time and the quality is very satisfactory. However the bed has got some scratches in all its four pillars to an extent that the colour has came off. It was quite disappointing. See attached pictures. I guess it is because of the packing, handling, and the delivering people. Also, this time Easy fix kept turing away from their promise, however after some emails and phone call, they came and assembled the bed, two days late. I like Vyom design for their vast options for beds, specially those which are made of metal pipe. But they should start focusing on better packaging, handling, and delivering, in order to prevent scars on new products that a customer buys from his/her hard earned money. That will help them sustain old customers as well as gain new ones.
