Sturdy and well designed by Vikash Pandey
Verified Buyer Oct, 2019I had ordered "Tweak King Size Metal Bed" from the Vyom Design website as it was relatively more economical than from Amazon. The bed arrived (before time) in my city (Ahmedabad) just three days after I had ordered. The shipping agency was FedEx and it was well packaged and delivered. The bed looks sturdy and well designed with no sharp corners protruding out. The bed is aesthetically pleasing and very well suits in my bedroom. The particle board is very new, thick, and well cut. Everything fit very well after a carpenter from EasyFix agency connected with me and got everything assembled the same day it was delivered. It took 30 minutes to assemble everything. The services of the EasyFix agency is provided by Vyom Design for free of cost! By the way assembling can be done by oneself as well, just one person required. No specific skills are needed as long as one knows how to tighten and loosen a bolt. It is really a good feeling that an Indian company is putting effort for customer satisfaction and trying to deliver promised items and service so efficiently and on time. In particular, it is interesting to know that Vyom Design offers customization of the beds as well. I sincerely hope that the company grows and provides customer support in days to come, so that I get some support when needed, though I do feel that the bed will last at least ten years or so. Now three suggestions for the company. First, though your shipment packaging is really nice, I suggest add some extra padding/cushioning along the corners of the bed frame so that the item does not receive any (even) minor bruising that may occur in transportation. In my case, my bed had minor bruises (four to five scratches actually!), each 4-5 mm long. Though it is a very minor thing, as even I can fix this with my limited painting skills. Second, do a proper quality check before the product is shipped. One of the leg-bushes was partly damaged, though the bush is available in local markets in Rs. 15-20 too. Last suggestion, allow customization options to customers such that a customer could opt for plywood, rather than the default particle board. Respect personal preferences, I guess. And one last request, please do not hike the price of your items in future since your items are really sturdy, well designed and come with great customer service. I am pretty sure you will grow big really fast with many buyers knocking on your door. Most buyers who wish to spend their hard earned money on something that is reliable and sturdy will come to you, as your services seems trustworthy. Best of luck!

After placing the order, I had a requirement to change the dimensions of the bed (for my personal preference). I contacted the seller - Mr. Deepak. He was very co-operative and happily accepted the customized order. He mentioned that, since this was a customized order, it would not be readily available in stock and he'll have to make it to order and hence might take 2-3 weeks to deliver. I was ok with that. But to my surprise it was delivered on the 9th day, as per my customization. I was very impressed with the quick delivery. The bed came with multiple parts neatly packed. Two delivery men also did the assembly in no time ( around 30 minutes)
Regarding the product: It was just as described on the product page and made of very good quality materials. Since the bed comes with 15mm particle boards, it supports the mattress well (unlike few beds which have only frame/gaps on top). The assembling mechanism is very good and simple. This beautiful bed has transformed the look of my bedroom now !!. I'm expecting this to last a very long time.

Verified Buyer Jul, 2017My search for bed came to an end on vyomdesign.in after surfing a lot on many other websites like Amazon, Pepperfry, Urbanladder, Fabfurnish etc. It was a Tweak (K) king size metal bed which perfectly met my expectations. Specially its design drew my attention and I ordered one . It got delivered on time as promised by Mr. Deepak. Since no seller assembly was there with the order, I tried assembling it myself. When opened the box I found one of the Particle Boards was damaged during transportation. I reported the issue with Vyomdesign. Mr. Deepak responded gently as always and promised me free replacement unconditionally. A few days later replacement arrived in a well packed wooden box with great care this time (See pic 3). Thanks to Mr. Deepak who arranged assembly too for me on request as I couldn't fit the boards on the frame after trying a lot. Below sharing some pros and cons :

Height adjustable center pillars
Doesn't shake while in use
Timely delivery
Excellent after sale service
Cons:
Better if ply wood be used instead of particle board
Corner screws should be given on sideways so that it will be easy to adjust (to tighten/loosen) the frame if required while fitting boards on the metal base (See pic 4)
P.S. : Product quality definitely matters but more important is after sale service. I highly recommend the purchase.

The seller was very supportive and coordinated well till the time of installation. About the size of the bed, I am 6 feet 3 inches tall and can sleep very comfortably on the bed. Verified Buyer Jul, 2017I have bought the queen size cot from Tube Style and it is amazing, sturdy and heavy.
The frame is made of strong rust resistant steel tubing and I believe it will last longer than wood and also it is easier to clean. Another advantage of this tubing is that it can generally be installed faster than other. The Tubing is cut to exact length and fittings are so accurate to the queen size mattress.
On the whole the cot is very strong and nice finish.
This is a steel cot that we are buying after a wooden cot but trust me we don’t miss the old one at all.
Tube Style is a very trustworthy brand as well and the customer care is at its best. Customer care is the one I wish to mention without fail.(as reviewed on Amazon.in)

the only problem is the supporting legs bars in the middle is not fitted properly. With time it is bending and once it bents , very difficult to fit it again because of screws. Also they do the cot setup hence no need to bother about the carpenter being called. The people who fixed did a good job , I forgot to tip them hope they get paid for the services rendered.
