Before ordering gave a call to their number to know delivery location serviceability which was promptly attended to by the owner himself. Delivery was smooth. However assembling was a bit of a struggle, but finally had the pieces in place and it's a beautiful elegant looking cot. One suggestion would be to put a clear DIY Chart with the steps. The Chart that came with the package was almost unreadable.
Would suggest Vyomdesign to everyone out there looking for a stylish bed at pocket friendly prices.

The prices are reasonable and I've been suggesting my friends to buy from VYOM. We've been using them for 6 months and I am satisfied with the design, structure, sturdiness assembling and its durability. I got the plywood cut into two pieces for the KING SIZE COT, the bigger one (4x6) for the head part and (2.5x6) for the lower side. I would also suggest a better fiber/ thick plastic feet washer that would last longer and give more grip on smooth surfaces.
